Refund Policy

• If the content is more than 30% plagiarized, despite our provision of a Turnitin report (excluding data, finance, and calculation work).
• The refund process may take up to seven working days, with possible deductions for conversion fees and charges.

Payment

• 50% payment is required before starting the work, and the remaining 50% upon delivery of the work.

Resit

• For resit, you must provide written feedback or comments from your professor or university.
• Resits are free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
